If you are not satisfied after the first session of any programme, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that session. After the first session, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session:

• More than 48 hours notice: Free rescheduling, no penalty
• 24-48 hours notice: Rescheduling subject to availability, potential rescheduling fee
• Less than 24 hours notice: Session may be forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.
